These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Peel (the "Service," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 and using the Service for a legitimate business purpose — such as real-estate acquisition, brokerage, lending, or investment outreach. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
The Service surfaces property records, the individuals associated with ownership entities, and — where available — business contact information. You agree to use this data only for legitimate, lawful outreach and diligence. You specifically agree that you will not use the Service or any data obtained from it to:
You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your outreach, including checking Do-Not-Call and consent requirements before contacting anyone. You indemnify Peel against any claim arising from your misuse of the Service or data.
Data is aggregated from third-party and public sources and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Estimates (valuations, tax figures, seller-propensity and transaction-probability scores) are model-derived and are not appraisals, tax advice, legal advice, or guarantees. You should independently verify any information before relying on it. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.
Paid plans (e.g., Professional at $150/month) are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing on prospective notice.
Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, bypass usage limits or security, access other users' data, or use automated means to extract data beyond normal product use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service, its software, and its compiled outputs are owned by Peel. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REALYTICS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. We may suspend or end the Service or your access at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.
