Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026
Peel is a business tool. Much of the property and ownership information we surface comes from public records (deeds, tax rolls, corporate registries, building registrations) and licensed business-data providers. This policy explains what we collect about you, our user, and how the underlying data is handled.

This Privacy Policy describes how Peel ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information. By using Peel you agree to this policy.

To provide ownership intelligence, we retrieve and combine information from public records and licensed providers, including property deeds and assessments, corporate registry filings, building registrations, and business contact data. This may include the names, business/mailing addresses, and business phone/email of individuals associated with property-owning entities. We surface this to help you conduct legitimate real-estate outreach and diligence. This information is not a consumer report and may not be used for FCRA-regulated purposes (see our Terms).
